1. General Policy

All services offered by Expert Corporate Solutions are non-cancellable after payment confirmation. By proceeding with payment, you agree that you will not cancel the service under any circumstances.

2. After Payment

• Once payment is made, the project is considered confirmed
• Cancellation requests will not be accepted
• Work may begin immediately after payment

3. Change of Mind

Cancellation due to change of mind, business decisions, or internal issues is not permitted.

4. Requirement Changes

Changes in requirements do not qualify as cancellation.

• Additional work will be treated as a new request
• Extra charges may apply

5. Project Delays

Delays caused by the client (lack of response, incomplete inputs) do not justify cancellation.

6. Third-Party Services

Any third-party costs (hosting, APIs, payment gateway fees) are also non-cancellable.

7. Abandoned Projects

If the client stops responding:

• The project will remain active or closed internally
• No cancellation or refund will be processed

8. Disputes

Raising disputes or chargebacks to force cancellation is a violation of policy.

• Legal action may be taken
• Services will be permanently terminated

9. Agreement

By making a payment, you confirm that:

• You understand and accept this No Cancellation Policy
• You waive any right to cancel the service
