All payments made to Expert Corporate Solutions are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
1. General Policy
By purchasing any service from Expert Corporate Solutions, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are final and non-refundable.
2. Scope of No Refund
- No refunds for advance payments
- No refunds for partially completed work
- No refunds after project initiation
- No refunds for change of mind
- No refunds due to misunderstanding of requirements
3. Change of Requirement
If the client changes requirements after project initiation:
- No refund will be provided
- Additional charges will apply for new requirements
4. Project Delay
Delays caused due to client-side (lack of response, unclear inputs, repeated changes) will not be eligible for refund.
5. Third-Party Services
Payments made for third-party services (such as hosting, APIs, payment gateways) are non-refundable.
6. Service Satisfaction
We ensure quality service delivery as per agreed requirements. However:
- Dissatisfaction after delivery does not qualify for refund
- Minor changes will be handled under support (if applicable)
7. Project Abandonment
If the client stops responding or abandons the project:
- No refund will be issued
- Project will be closed
8. Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without valid reason will be treated as a violation of terms.
- Legal action may be taken
- Services will be permanently terminated
9. Exceptions
Refunds will NOT be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Client business failure
- Technical misunderstanding
- Change in business strategy
